CiCi Bellis

Founder & General Partner

CiCi has a unique background ranging from professional sports to venture capital and sports broadcasting. Following her career as a professional tennis player (WTA #35), she seamlessly transitioned into venture capital and has used her insight and analytical skills to support promising startups. Her broad experience and skill set ably positions her to drive and shape innovation in sports and health tech.

Gordon Bellis

CFO

Gordon is a seasoned finance professional with over 35 years of experience in investment banking and investment management. He has successfully launched two hedge funds and currently serves as the CFO of a private investment holding company in California. He holds an MBA from UCLA and a Masters from the London School of Economics.

Bill Bennington

Advisor

William is Managing Director of Bridgewater James Limited, LLC, based in San Francisco. Bridgewater James’ main activity is raising assets for hedge funds and private equity funds from institutional investors in the U.S., Europe, and the Gulf. William has also served on a number of prestigeous educational boards in the U.S. and Europe. He graduated from Princeton University.

Ted Robinson

Advisor

Ted is a two-time Emmy award-winning sports broadcaster, with a 40-year career spanning television and radio across global, professional, and collegiate sports. He’s served as the lead play-by-play broadcaster for the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL, as well as providing commentary for 13 Olympic games and 70+ Grand Slams. He sits on the board of the East Palo Alto Tennis & Tutoring nonprofit, and is a proud Notre Dame alum.

Edward S. Wickey

Advisor

Edward was the founding partner and CEO of Eclipse Advantage Inc., a privately-owned, international full-service management and technology company. Eclipse was acquired by Chicago-based private equity firm LaSalle Capital Group. Prior to Eclipse, Edward served in multiple capacities from Executive Officer in the US Army to 20+ years of Senior Management positions in Fortune 500 companies.

Marty Mann

Marty is a member of the Advisory Board of the USTA Foundation and is leading the development of the Foundation’s South Florida initiative. A founding partner at 20/20 Healthcare Partners, an early stage venture fund, and M&A partner at Foley & Lardner, Marty had led many investment groups acquiring businesses in a broad range of industries. Marty is a graduate of Stanford Law School and the Wharton School of Business.

David Miller

Advisor

David is an experienced private equity investor and strategy consultant. His career included positions at a middle-market focused private equity firm, as well in investment banking and strategy consulting. David earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Rennae Stubbs

Advisor

Rennae is a former world #1 tennis player in doubles with 60 WTA Tour titles, including 6 Grand Slams. She is a 4 time Olympian representing her native country of Australia. Additionally, she is the host of The Power Hour which airs every weekday on Prime Video Sports Talk. She is a tennis analyst for ESPN and for NBC Olympic coverage, and is a board member of LPAC.

Patti Hart

Advisor

Patti’s incredible career spanned 3 decades of various leadership positions in the technology sector, the most recent of which was as CEO of International Game Technology. Patti has served on numerous Boards of Directors, most notably Yahoo. She is a Board Trustee of the United States Soccer Federation and also of the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. Patti holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Economics from Illinois State University, where she was named a Distinguished Alumni in 2015.
