CiCi Bellis is the Founder and General Partner of Cartan Capital. Prior to founding Cartan Capital in 2023, CiCi spent four years in venture capital, leading deal sourcing, diligence, and portfolio support for a sports technology focused investment firm. Before her career in venture capital, she was a professional tennis player and achieved a career high ranking of World No. 35 on the WTA Tour. CiCi also serves on the Board of Directors of the United States Tennis Association (USTA) and is a sports broadcaster for CBS Sports and Tennis Channel. She earned her MBA from the University of Miami and her undergraduate degree in Business and Finance from Indiana University.
